P200 Registry & Tissue Bank

Population: Immune TTP (iTTP)

A prospective longitudinal clinical registry and biobank supporting multicenter iTTP research across the USTMA network.

The P200 Registry & Tissue Bank is a prospective USTMA research resource that collects longitudinal clinical information and biological samples from people with immune TTP across participating centers.

The registry is designed to support approved collaborative research, including questions about disease course, treatment, biomarkers, relapse, survivorship, and other outcomes. Public website information is shown only in aggregate.

For patients: participation and availability depend on the enrolling site. Study-specific consent materials explain what information and samples are collected.

For investigators: approved projects may request access to available data and biospecimens through USTMA research-governance processes.
