NeST — Neurologic Sequelae of iTTP

Population: Adult iTTP survivors

A multicenter study evaluating long-term neurologic, cognitive, quality-of-life, and patient-reported outcomes after acute iTTP.

NeST (Neurologic Sequelae of iTTP) is a multicenter cohort study focused on neurologic and cognitive outcomes in adults who have survived immune TTP.

The study evaluates outcomes including silent cerebral infarction on brain MRI, cognition, quality of life, depression, and other patient-reported outcomes, while examining the relationship between acute treatment approaches and longer-term recovery.
